~Living~

"Unknown"
A birthday celebration I could view from my hotel room!
20's joyfully dreaming,
believing the world
is a fairytale and living...
Beaming and dancing,
To every song and tune,
That speaks of love
and heartbreaks,
to loss quite immune,
Until you are hit by 30's
grey hair and responsibilities,
work and pandemonium,
money, bills unwholesome!
Searching for milk in fridge,
And medicines in top shelves!

  12. Starting out gayly here, Arushi. I remover the 20's, fun days. But so far they all have been enjoyable for me. The even birthdays get to be the pits, I've tried to run away for my last three of them. Of course I would have come back. Actually, I did run away but people came with me (New York City, Octoberfest, and undisclosed place in Texas).

  15. I'll do you a favor and not tell you what it's like approaching fifty!
Actually, I would rather be this age than in my twenties again. That was a horrid decade.
