Daguerreotypes of a Blind Man holding a Cat |
He muzzled a cat the fluffy brown vicious thing
that matched the colour of his slick flattened hair,
He looked at the painter through his gawky black shades
His expression mocking, his crinkles bare...
He smiled a little as the plump man struggled
to paint his rugged yet handsome face,
Or so he imagined as the cat fiddled,
growling in the comfort of her master's brace!
