This poem is I!
This poem is Love!
This poem is You!
I am a bird free falling from the sky,
I am a spirit felt in a heartbeat's sigh,
I am a love song written by every poet,
I am the will to live free forever alive!
This poem is I!
Love is a feeling of falling through emptiness,
Love is warm, consoling maybe treacherous,
Love lives in the heart of every living soul,
Love is here forever, Gods very own!
This poem is Love!
You are mine forever and ever after,
You are in my heart, soul, joy and laughter,
You live to be a Someone in this incomplete world,
But you are my Only One, completion, amour!
This poem is You!
This poem is a passionate free bird I!
This poem is the forbidden fruit Love!
This poem is adorable you!
Thank you Hannah for the wonderful form at Imaginary Garden With Real Toads!

ReplyDeleteThank you Grace... I am glad you enjoyed this...
DeleteYou brought this to life with such grace and stuck to the form SO well...I love how different these poems can read even when they hold the same creative structure. The line that especially made me sigh in response was this, "I am a spirit felt in a heartbeat's sigh," I just LOVE the idea of a heartbeat's sigh! Brilliant and thank you so much for taking on the challenge so well! :)
ReplyDeletethank you hannah!! i really enjoyed the challenge myself!! :)
